USB Portable License Overview
A USB portable license is locked to a USB dongle. When attached, the USB dongle provides a Host ID, which unlocks the license file is that installed on the hard drive. USB portable licenses require the installation of a Dongle Driver package. See the Keysight PathWave License Manager's help system for information on installing a USB license.
