PUSCH Bits (LTE)
Mapped Mapped, Descrambled, DeRateMatched, Decoded CB, Decoded
PUSCH Physical Uplink Shared Channel bits shown in the Decoded Symbol Table.
determines the level of decoding forRNTI needs to be specified for a user allocation in the for any PUSCH decoding to be performed.
-
PUCCH Physical Uplink Control Channel bits. Mapped bits are shown in the Symbol Table.
- no decoding is performed on -
- descrambled (rate-matched) bits for each subframe are shown in the .
-
S (16 + LENi) bits per subframe
-Each set of bits for a PUSCH transmission consists of a 16-bit length field (LENi) followed by the deratematched (channel coded) bits for each codeblock.
LENi indicates the number of deratematched bits for the ith codeblock in a subframe and can be used to determine where one set of deratematched codeblock bits ends and the next set begins in the
.LEN = 3 * (Codeblock Length + CRC Cyclic Redundancy Check Length + Trellis Termination Bit Length) bits, where Codeblock Length is transmission dependent, CRC Length = 24 bits, and Trellis Termination Bit Length = 4 bits.
-
S (16 + LENi) bits per subframe
-Each set of bits for a PUSCH codeblock consists of a 16-bit length field (LENi), the decoded codeblock bits, and a 24-bit CRC. When codeblock segmentation is not performed (Transport Block Size (TBS(n)) is less than 6144), the codeblock + CRC bits shown are the same as the transport block + CRC bits .
LENi indicates the number of decoded bits (including CRC) for the ith codeblock in a subframe and can be used to determine where a set of codeblock bits ends and the next set begins in the
.LENi = Codeblock Length + CRC Length, where Codeblock Length is transmission dependent, and CRC Length = 24 bits.
-
- (Transport Block Size + 24) decoded transport block bits (including CRCs) per subframe
The number of bits shown on the Decoded Symbol Table for a PUSCH channel allocation when PUSCH Bits is set to is equal to the sum of the Size metrics (HARQ Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Size, CQI Channel Quality Indicator/PMI Precoding Matrix Indicator Size, SR 1) Spread rate: also know as the chip rate and is the rate of the digital code used to spread the information. The spreading rate is typically at least 100x the information rate. or, 2) Sample Rate: rate at which samples are taken from an input signal or, 3) Scheduling Request Size, etc.) plus the Transport Block Size (TBS) for the corresponding decoded PUSCH allocation listed in the UL Decode Info trace.
