P-SS/S-SS Antenna Port (LTE)

specifies the C-RS Cell-specific RS antenna port(s) that P-SS and S-SS are transmitted on. P-SS Primary Synchronization Signal and S-SS Secondary Synchronization Signal can be transmitted on a single antenna port or all the C-RS antenna ports at once.
When is selected, the value for P-SS and S-SS entered in the Basic Tab (Downlink Control Channel Properties) is assumed to be split equally among the transmit antennas.
For example, when P-SS = 0.6 dB and is set to for a signal with four C-RS antenna ports, the demodulator will expect P-SS power on each antenna port to be 0.6 dB - 6.02 dB = -5.38 dB.
Otherwise, when , , , or is selected, the entire power specified by the P-SS and S-SS parameter is assumed to be transmitted on the selected antenna port.
