Round to Standard Value (LTE)

Default: Selected

Round to Standard Value determines whether the measured, relative power levels for PDSCH Physical Downlink Shared Channel allocations are detected as one of the standard values or assumed to be equal to the measured power level.

When Round to Standard Value is selected, the power levels are detected as the closest standard power level. Standard power levels are specified in 3GPP TS Technical Specification 36.331, section 6.3.2 under the PDSCH-Config parameter. These power levels are -6 dB, -4.77 dB, -3 dB, -1.77 dB, 0 dB, 1 dB, 2 dB, and 3 dB.

When Round to Standard Value is cleared, the measured power levels are used as the actual power levels.

Auto-detect Power Levels must be selected for Round to Standard Value to be available.
