IQ Quad. Error (LTE)

IQ Quad. Error (IQ quadrature error) indicates the amount of the angle skew between the I and Q signals for the data in the Measurement Interval. Ideally, I and Q should be 90 degrees apart. An IQ quadrature error of -300 mdeg means that I and Q are actually 89.7 degrees apart.

For more information see, Quad Error (802.16 OFDM Modulation).

The Measurement Interval must be longer than one symbol and contain at least one pair of subcarriers that are symmetric about DC for IQ Quad. Error to be calculated.

For MIMO Multiple Input, Multiple Output: A physical layer (PHY) configuration in which both transmitter and receiver use multiple antennas. signals, IQ Quad. Error is shown on the MIMO Info Table under the IQQuadErr data result. The IQ Quad. Error data result on the Error Summary Table will show "---" for multi-antenna signals.
