RSFreq (LTE)
shows the frequency error of the cell-specific reference signal for each C-RS Cell-specific RS/Rx path.
is expressed in Hz relative to the C-RS frequency error of the reference C-RS/Rx path and is calculated from the data in the Measurement Interval.
