Low, Mid, High Bands  (MB-OFDM)

References to Low, Mid, and High Bands in demodulation parameters and traces refers to the Band hopping, which is determined by a Time-Frequency Code (TFC Transport Format Combination). For example, for TFC 1, the hopping sequence is 1-2-3-1-2-3 (see below). For trace purposes, 1-2-3-1-2-3 represents bands low-mid-high-low-mid-high. A hopping sequence repeats every six symbols.

Note that TFCs 5, 6, and 7 are not hopping sequences for purposes of the Band Traces. For more information, see Time-Frequency Codes and Band Group and Band Frequencies.
