IQ Meas (Low | Mid | High Band) (MB-OFDM)

The Low | Mid | High Band IQ Meas is a subcarrier-domain trace that displays the measured IQ  values of the subcarriers for each of the selected symbol-times (bursts) for the corresponding Low | Mid | High Band. Select the symbol-times of interest using Result Length, Measurement Offset, and Measurement Interval (the results of these settings appear as TimeLen on your trace). To learn more, see Lengths, Intervals, and Offsets. For a trace of an ideal IQ values see IQ Ref.

If the trace reports DATA? instead of data, or other problems, see Trace Problems.

To see a trace with all Low, Mid, and High Bands combined, see Composite IQ Meas. For trace identification, the pilot and guard symbols are colored differently than the data symbols.

Setup Example

Select the Low Band IQ Meas trace. Let Result Length = 12 | Measurement Offset = 0 | Measurement Interval = 6 | TFC = 1. For these conditions, this trace displays a constellation diagram with Low Band symbol-times 0 and 3. Turn on Markers > Show Marker and select a symbol in the constellation for the marker to report either symbol-time 0 or 3, the associated symbol subcarrier -61 to -1 and +1 to +61, Band Low, and the normalized IQ measurement. For trace identification, the pilot and guard symbols are colored differently than the data symbols. The illustration below shows an example for the Low Band.
