TB PPDU Parameters (802.11n/ac/ax/be)

TB PPDU PLCP Protocol data unit Parameters need to be specified for a TB PPDU to be reliably demodulated and PSDU 1) PHY Service Data Unit, or 2) PLCP SDU bits decoded. Normally these parameters would be supplied by the EHT-SIG, but a TB frame does not contain EHT-SIG. This parameter group is available when TB (Trigger Based) PPDU is selected.

Other parameters that need to be supplied for successful decoding of a TB frame in Manual mode are the DCM (802.11ax only) and Coding parameters for each user.

Pre-FEC Forward Error Correction: An encoding technique that allows a limited number of errors in digital stream to be corrected based on knowledge of the encoding scheme used. Padding Factor - Sets the number of

Space Time Block Coding - indicates whether the signal has Space Time Block Coding enabled. This setting is only applicable to 802.11ax and when the number of channels (streams) = 2.

PE Disambiguity - sets the packet extension disambiguity value. Selected = 1, cleared = 0.

LDPC low-density parity check Extra Symbol Present - LDPC Extra Symbol Segment field value. Selected = 1, cleared = 0.
