3. .NET Framework

Ensure that you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 or later installed on the Windows PC that is to receive the Signal Optimizer software download. If you know it is already installed, proceed to the next installation step.

Before installing .NET Framework 4.5.1 or later, you can verify whether it is already installed in your PC by doing the following:

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

2. Look for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (or later) or Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (or later) Client Profile in the list of programs.

3. If you do not see it listed, you must download it from Microsoft.

If you do not have the .NET Framework 4.5.1 or later installed, do the following:

1. Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/net.

2. Click the link under Install .NET now to install the latest version of the .NET framework.

If you get a security exception message when you try to open the software, consult your system administrator to resolve the problem.
