Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:ISI?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

Returns ISI-J (p-p), Inter-Symbol Interference, which is the peak-to-peak (p-p) range of the jitter that is correlated to rising edges or the jitter that is correlated to falling edges (whichever is greater). When RISing edge or FALLing edge is selected for :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:EDGE, only the specified edges are used in the calculation of ISI-J (p-p).
