Query Syntax

:MEASure:MTESt{N}:HRATio?

{N} identifies a specific mask and must be a value from 1 to 16. For example, :MTESt2 selects mask 2.

Description

Returns the Hit Ratio that is displayed in the Mask Test results table whenever automatic mask margins are based on a target hit ratio. Use the :MTESt:MARGin:AUTO:HRATio to actually enter the ratio.
