Configuring the Waveform Setup Node

Enter a Waveform Name and Comment (optional)

1. In the tree view, select Waveform Setup.

2. Double-click the Waveform Name field in the Basic section and enter a name for the waveform.

3. Double-click the Comment field in the Basic section and enter a comment to associate with the waveform.

Set the ARFCN and Transmit Device

1. Set ARFCN to 1 as shown below

2. Set Transmit Device to Base as shown below.

   

Select a Pre-defined Carrier Configuration

1. In the tree view, select WFM1.

2. Click the predefined configuration button , located above the summary table. 

3. From the Pre-defined Carrier Configuration list that appears, select GSM 1 Timeslot, 1 Carrier. The selected predefined carrier appears in the carrier configuration summary table.
