SETup:TOOSynch:TIMeout:[STIMe]

Function

The setting form of this command performs two functions: (1) sets the measurement's timeout (see Measurement Timeout) value, and (2) sets the measurement's timeout STATe to 1 (on).

The query form returns the measurement's timeout value.

Setting

Range: 0.1 to 999.9 seconds

Resolution: 0.1 second

Query

Same as setting

*RST Setting

20 seconds, (off)

Requirements

Test Application Revision: A.04.00 and above

Programming Example

SETup:TOOSynch:TIMeout:STATe

Function

Sets/queries the measurement's timeout state (see Measurement Timeout)

Setting

Range: 1|ON|0|OFF

Query

Range: 1|0

*RST Setting

0 (off)

Requirements

Test Application Revision: A.04.00 and above

Programming Example

"SETup:TOOSynch:TIMeout:STATe 0"

SETup:TOOSynch:TIMeout:TIME

Function

Sets/queries the measurement's timeout setting to be used when the timeout state is set to ON (see Measurement Timeout).

Setting

Range: 0.1 to 999.9 seconds

Resolution: 0.1 second

Query

Same as setting

*RST Setting

20 seconds

Requirements

Test Application Revision: A.04.00 and above

"SETup:TOOSynch:TIMeout:TIME 20"

SETup:TOOSynch:TRANsmission:MODE

Function

Sets/queries the link transmission mode (see Transmission Mode).

Setting

Range: Continue/Discontinue

Query

Same as setting

*RST Setting

Continue

Requirements

Test Application Revision: A.05.00 and above

Programming Example

"SETup:TOOSynch:TRANsmission:MODE Continue"

SETup:TOOSynch:TRIGger:OUTPut:SUBFrames

Function

Sets/queries the OOS trigger to be routed to the rear panel TRIG OUT.

The test set provides two trigger modes:

  • One trigger: The test set generates one short trigger at point A. This option may need the external spectrum analyzer to measure a little long time as the total OOS measurement normally costs more than 15 seconds. Considering the spectrum analyzer's capability, if the measurement interval is bigger than one timeslot, some bursts may be missed;

  • Multiple triggers: The test set generates triggers every subframe from point A to point F. If your spectrum analyzer is able to measure the burst with “gate”, then this option is helpful. As most spectrum analyzers are not real-time, trigger missing may be occurred when this kind of trigger is used.

This setting is GPIB only.

Setting

Range: ONE | MULTiple

Query

Range: ONE | MULT

*RST Setting

ONE

Requirements

Test Application Revision: A.04.00 and above

Programming Example

"SETup:TOOSynch:TRIGger:OUTPut:SUBFrames ONE"
