Function	Sets/queries the RRC Connection Release Complete Wait Count . This parameter can only be set when call status is`Idle` . Changing this setting results in the execution of the Broadcast Channel (BCCH) Update Procedure (SIB Contents) if BCCH Update Page is set to`Auto` .
