Use FlexOTO's Troubleshooting mode to locate issues such as:
- DCA-M cannot lock on the signal, and
- Measurement results are questionable.

To use Troubleshoot mode:
- Select a Job ID line in FlexOTO's Results table that you want to investigate.
- Click the Troubleshoot button. The following notice is displayed at the top of FlexOTO.
- FlexOTO automatically opens the FlexDCA application and displays the optical path for the selected Job ID's Fixture / Lane to the DCA-M's input channel.
- While in FlexDCA, you can perform tasks such as:
- Observe the waveform.
- View FlexDCA's N109x Setup dialog or N107x Setup dialog. Click the CDR tile along FlexDCA's bottom edge.
