Overall Allocation Control (Flex Frame)
The Overall Allocation Control grid provides measurement control for each allocation in the frame configured in the Frame Definition tab.
Indicates the allocation's frame part.

includes or excludes the allocation in EVM Error vector magnitude (EVM): A quality metric in digital communication systems. See the EVM metric in the Error Summary Table topic in each demodulator for more information on how EVM is calculated for that modulation format. calculations.

determines whether the allocation is included in Bit Errors, Bit Count and BER Bit Error Ratio - A ratio of the number of errors to data bits received on a digital circuit. metrics.
You can also include/exclude BER calculations for each allocation using Frame Definition > Frame Parts > Allocn > Configuration > Payload > Include in BER Calculations.

includes or excludes the allocation as part of the initial synchronization. The Synchronization checkbox is user-selectable when Synchronization Source is set to Customized. See About Synchronization for more information.
Allocations that have Autodetect Bit Sequence Offset enabled cannot be used as a synchronization source.
Default: Include, grayed out (Synchronization Source = Preamble, Pilots, and Data)
Range: Include, Exclude
includes or excludes the allocation as part of the channel estimation. The Chan Estimation checkbox is user-selectable when Channel Estimation Source is set to Customized.
