Channel Trace Data
The FMCW Channel trace results include the following trace types for the selected channel:
- Acquisition Time
- reports un-synchronized measured signal acquisition IQ samples over time.
- Auto Correl

shows the auto correlation for the selected input channel. Auto correlation is a form of correlation, a measure of the similarity between two signals.

- CCDF

shows the complementary, cumulative distribution function (CCDF Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function) for the selected input channel.

- CCDF Summary

displays CCDF power data for the selected input channel.

- CDF
-
shows the cumulative distribution function (CDF Cumulative Distribution Function: The cumulative probability that a parameter will be less than a given value X.) for the selected input channel. CDF is computed by integrating the PDF 1) Probability Density Function Trace Data, or 2) Portable Document Format (PDF) created by Adobe Systems is an open standard for document exchange. - Correction

shows the corrections derived from the calibration data. The Correction trace is applied to the acquired data to compensate for phase and magnitude anomalies in the measurement hardware and software signal processing.

- Inst Spectrum

shows the instantaneous spectrum for the selected input channel. Instantaneous spectrum is computed before data is averaged, which shows spectrum data before the data is averaged with other spectrum data.

- PDF

shows the Probability Density Function of the selected channel. PDF indicates the probability that a given level has occurred.

- PSD

shows the power spectral density (PSD Power Spectral Density: See power spectral density.) of the selected channel.

- Raw Main Time

shows the raw data read from the input hardware or playback file.

- Spectrum

reports un-synchronized measured signal acquisition Frequency spectrum. [i.e. FFT Fast Fourier Transform: A mathematical operation performed on a time-domain signal to yield the individual spectral components that constitute the signal. See Spectrum. of Acquisition Time]
