Fixed Height (Trace Scale)
When the check box is selected, the maximum spectrogram height is specified by the Height parameter.
When the check box is cleared, the spectrogram height is set so that there is one horizontal trace per pixel.
If the spectrogram scroll bar is clicked and dragged down to the bottom of the spectrogram scroll bar window, the number of traces shown in the spectrogram can be less than the spectrogram height value but the maximum height value is still fixed.
