Expected Num. of Users (LTE)

Default: 3

Range: 0 to 50

Expected Num. of Users specifies the number of user allocations to show in the Composite Include list when RB Auto Detect Mode is set to Decode PDCCH.

Other user allocations detected from PDCCH Physical Downlink Control Channel will be shown on traces and included in calculations, but only the number of users specified will be available in the Composite Include list where they can be excluded from traces and calculations.

When Auto-detect Power levels is cleared, PDSCH codeword power levels must be specified in the LTE Allocation Editor. The Expected Num. of Users parameter limits the number of PDSCH Physical Downlink Shared Channel user allocations for which codeword power levels can be manually defined. When there are more user allocations found in the signal than are specified by Expected Num. of Users, any additional user allocation will be assumed to have a PDSCH power level of 0 dB.
