Description

This command specifies the how the fundamental frequency for the Total Harmonic Distortion measurement (:MEASure:FFT:THDistortion) is identified:

• FPEak — Lets the oscilloscope determine the fundamental frequency given the magnitude threshold specified by the :MEASure:FFT:THDistortion:FPLevel command and the number specified by the :MEASure:FFT:THDistortion:FPNumber command.
• MANual — Lets you specify the fundamental frequency directly using the :MEASure:FFT:THDistortion:FFFRequency command.
