Command Syntax

Description

For the Time-at-Edge measurement, specifies the edge threshold used to identify the waveform's edge: upper, middle, or lower. To specify the edge number, use the :MEASure:HORizontal:TEDGe:NUMBer command. To specify the edge direction, use the :MEASure:HORizontal:TEDGe:EDIRection command.
