Query Syntax

:MEASure:LTESt:MLIMit{1:16}:FAILures?

{1:16} identifies a Limit Line Test.

Description

Queries the number of failures reported for a measurement limit test. To query the number of waveforms acquired, use the :MEASure:LTESt:MLIMit{N}:WAVeforms? query. Use the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:STATe command to turn on a measurement limit test.
