Query Syntax

:MEASure:LTESt:MLIMit:WAVeforms?

{1:16} identifies a Limit Line Test.

Description

Queries the number of waveforms acquired during a measurement limit test. To query the number of failures recorded, use the :MEASure:LTESt:MLIMit{N}:FAILures? query. Use the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:STATe command to turn on a measurement limit test.
