:MEASure:MTESt{N}:THRegion{1:16}:STATus?
{N} identifies a specific mask and must be a value from 1 to 16. For example, :MTESt2 selects mask 2.

Description
Queries the status of the THRegion measurement. Use the :MEASure:MTESt:THRegion{N}:STATus:REASon? child query to determine the reason for an invalid or questionable measurement. Additional information about the failure may be available using the :MEASure:MTESt:THRegion:STATus:DETails? child query.
