Query Syntax

:MEASure:MTESt{N}:UINTervals?

{N} identifies a specific mask and must be a value from 1 to 16. For example, :MTESt2 selects mask 2.

Description

Returns the number of Total UI reported in the Masks Tests results table during eye mask testing. The Total Unit Intervals operate on Tested Waveforms (see :MEASure:MTESt:TWAVeforms?). The Total Unit Intervals result can be questionable when the scale is changed.
