Sets the handler interface test mode.
When this parameter is set to ON, the interface pin signal value can be controlled/read by :TEST:HAND:xxxx commands. After completing the test, :TEST:HANDler:MODE should set to OFF so that handler interface pin signal is generated according to the actual measurement result
