About FlexDCA
Click Help > About FlexDCA to view information about your version of FlexDCA. You can use this information when you need to contact Keysight Technologies technical support.
The application name, model number, and computer serial number are listed at the top of the dialog. The model numbers for the various Flex applications are listed in the following table. You can also return this information remotely using the SCPI common command *IDN? query. Installed options can be returned using the SCPI *OPT? query.

System Information
Software options are listed along with the application name. For each module listed, the module options are included. The dialog also provides the URL for locating the FlexDCA web page for Keysight.com. You can always download the latest firmware from the following site:

Click Copy to Clipboard to place the information shown on the dialog as a list of ASCII text in Windows clipboard.
Click Save Support Info to save the file FlexDcaSupport.zip on the Windows desktop. This file is useful in the unlikely event that you experience a problem with FlexDCA for which you need to contact Keysight support. This file contains important diagnostic information that may help Keysight support to resolve the issue. A remote SCPI command is not provided for saving support information.
To save a report on current measurements and system information (PC or N1000A), save an Instrument Report file.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)
The Graphics Performance entry shows the level of graphics support, which for the DCA-X is always HIGH. If FlexDCA is installed on your PC, the performance level must be HIGH for you to use mode switching animation. If the level is MEDIUM or below, you will not be able to use this FlexDCA feature.
