Extended S-Parameters Feature

When using an N1055A module in TDR mode, the extended S-Parameters feature allows the display of TDR S-Parameters beyond the 50 GHz module bandwidth. This extended display range (>50 GHz to 70 GHz) shows responses beyond the specified limit of 50 GHz. Beyond 50 GHz, the response has no specification or characteristics, but can be informative especially when the setup has been calibrated. In order to create S-Parameter data in the extended range (>50 GHz to 70 GHz), select the Extended S-Parameters selection in the TDR Setup dialog.

This feature only applies to N1055A TDR modules with Option 52F, 52M, 54F, or 54M.
