Measure Elapsed Times for Tasks

In addition to FlexOTO's Job Timing Diagram, you can easily measure the amount of time that is consumed by specific FlexOTO tasks by using the FlexOTO's FlexOTO's SCPI Recorder. To open the SCPI Recorder, on FlexOTO's menu click Tools > SCPI Programming Tools > SCPI Recorder. Use the following steps to record the SCPI commands required for a task and then play the recorded commands at the Fast playback speed.

1. In the SCPI Recorder, click Clear and set the Playback Speed to Fast.
2. Click REC to set the recorder to record.
3. Click the Station's Run button.
4. When the commands are finished, click STOP in the SCPI Recorder.
5. In the SCPI Recorder, click PLAY. As each command is run, the recorder lists the elapsed time.
