Unknown Pilot Boost Level (Custom OFDM)

The parameter specifies the boost power level for each Unknown Pilot subcarrier. A value of 1 equals "no boosting" and a value of 2 equals "6.02dB" of boosting. The boosting level is unitless and relative to the reference power level.
