User Boost Levels (Custom OFDM)

The parameter specifies the boost power level for each user. A value of 1 equals "no boosting" and a value of 2 equals "6.02dB" of boosting. The boosting level is unitless and relative to the reference power level.

When the measurement number of users exceed the number specified Users in this array, the VSA will use a boost level value of 1.
