Filter & Time Tab (Flex Frame - Advanced Mode)
The tab of the configures the filters used by the VSA's Flex Frame feature and sets how much data to acquire for the selected component carrier. Use the Component Carrier drop-down or the Component Carrier Diagram at the top of the tab (Advanced Configuration Mode only) to switch between component carriers.
Filter
The filter settings include both a measurement filter (applied to the received signal before demodulation) and reference filter (applied to the ideal symbols after demodulation, to create the IQ Ref data).
The filter settings are applied to either a single carrier or to all carriers, depending on the Component Carrier Selection.
The Filter tab configures these parameters:
Time
The time settings are applied to either a single carrier or to all carriers, depending on the Component Carrier Selection.
The Time tab configures these parameters:
- Search Length
- Result Length (Length Auto = false)
- Max Result Length (Length Auto = true)
The actual capture length is the same for all measurement channels and is the maximum needed by all component carriers.
