opens the Source dialog Channels tab. The Source Channels tab contains the controls for enabling or disabling the connected source's channels. You must first select a Configured Source to see its available channels in this tab.
- Enables or disables the available channels for the currently connected source. The number of channels that appear depends on the model of source and its installed options.
In each row, the first (left) number is the source's RF Radio Frequency: A generic term for radio-based technologies, operating between the Low Frequency range (30k Hz) and the Extra High Frequency range (300 GHz). Out channel number. The number in brackets to the right is the channel ID in a multi-channel arb waveform file associated with the source channel. For example, if a source has four channels and only the even numbered channels are enabled, source Ch2 will have [1] indicating that Ch1 in the multi-channel arb file will be downloaded to source Ch2 and source Ch4 will have [2] indicating that Ch2 in the arb file will be downloaded to source Ch4. If you download a single channel recording to a multi-channel configuration, the single channel recording is downloaded to all enabled source channels. If you want to download a single channel arb file to a single source channel, then that source channel should be the only one enabled.
At least one source channel must be enabled.
