About Troubleshooting

The Troubleshooting information is available in several forms to help you isolate and solve problems you encounter with your VSA software or measurements.

• Installation Help: The Diagnostics chapter of the Software Installation Guide helps you troubleshoot installation and configuration problems, or problems with your measurement hardware.
• Boot Log: When you start the VSA, a boot log file is created.
• VSA Measurement and Status Information: Error and Status Messages appear in the status bar of the main window, providing information about the current measurement and hardware.
