:MTESt Margin Commands

Command Syntax

:MTEStN:MARGin:METHod {MANual | AUTO}

Where N identifies a specific mask and must be a value from 1 to 16 {1:16}. For example, :MTESt2 selects mask 2.

Query Syntax

:MTEStN:MARGin:METHod?

Description

Selects the manual or automatic method of setting the margin size.

MANual
Selects manual margin configuration where the margin size is configured as a percentage of the mask. Use the :MTESt:MARGin:PERCent command to enter the margin size as a percentage of the mask.
AUTO
Selects automatic margin configuration where the margin size is configured based on a target hit count or target hit ratio. Use the :MTESt:MARGin:AUTO:METHod command to select between hit count or hit ratio.
