License Service(s) Unavailable
The License Service(s) Unavailable dialog is displayed whenever the License Manager Application or the Keysight Software Manager Utility Application is unable to cannot service licenses. The content of this dialog differs depending on the nature of the problem. Often, one of the following (Undefined variable: General.ApplicationName) error messages is displayed:
- 164. The Keysight License Service is still initializing. This can take a few minutes.
- 165. Keysight License Service Error
Try these steps to resolve the situation.
- Try accessing a licensed feature after waiting more than 90 seconds after windows starts for the license service to initialize. The license service may still be initializing.
