A device-specific error indicates that the instrument has detected an error that occurred due to some improper operations, or possibly an abnormal hardware/firmware condition. For example, an attempt by the user to set an out-of-range value will generate a device specific error.
These are non-core measurement errors generated by the core instrument.

The HSDPA Block Error Ratio measurement can be run only in Active Cell operating mode, when the Paging Service type is RB Test Mode and Channel type is 12.2k RMC + HSDPA; |
