The following AMR Sources are available in the test set:
While in ECHO
, the test set loops the transport blocks arriving from the UE on the uplink back down to the UE (unaltered) on the downlink. There is a fixed voice echo delay of 0.5 seconds.
While in External 8960, the traffic data is routed from one UE through an 8960, over the LAN interface to a second 8960 and then to the second UE. The data flow is bidirectional and so the behaviour at each UE is like that of a real speech call.
While in PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality), the test set generates the speech signal which complies with the ITU-T P.862 standard for the Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality measurement. See Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality (PESQ) Measurement Description .
GPIB command: CALL:SERVice:AMR:SOURce
This parameter can only be set when call/data status is idle.
The AMR Radio Access Bearer
can be set to:
GPIB command: CALL:SERVice:AMR:RAB
This parameter can only be set when call/data status is idle. Note: "k" refers to kbps.
This setting specifies the data rate of DCCH used for AMR voice connection when AMR Radio Access Bearer is set to 5.15k Voice
or 4.75k Voice
.
BPS1700
, the TTI for DCCH is set to 80ms.BPS3400
, the TTI for DCCH is set to 40ms.GPIB command: CALL:SERVice:AMR:SRB
This parameter can not be changed in Active Cell
operating mode and the Call/Data Status
is not Idle
.
