Description
Defines the lower limit for a JSA TJ (rms), DJ (rms), or RJ (rms) measurement limit test. For example, if you chose to measure DJ (rms) and want the largest acceptable value to be less than 400 fs, set the lower limit to 0 fs and the upper limit to 400 fs, and then set the limit test to fail when the measurement is outside the specified limit.
The measurement is identified by a number, from 1 to 32, that is appended to the :LOCation
portion of the command. Refer to the :MEASure:CRECovery:LOCation:STATe command to learn how to identify the measurement and to turn the measurement limit test on or off. Use the following sibling commands to configure the measurement:
:FAILures
defines the number of failures for stopping a limit test:FREGion
selects when to fail a measurement:ULIMit
defines the upper limit for failing a measurement:UPACtion
selects an action if the measurement cannot be performed
Requires a module with Option JSA. Jitter Spectrum Analysis and SW Clock Recovery Emulation .
