All Oscilloscope Mode measurements are displayed in the Results panel. This includes Time, Amplitude, PAM, and User measurements. NRZ time and amplitude Measurements are optimized for NRZ signals but, as noted, may work with PAM4 signals. PAM4 measurments are optimized for PAM4 signals. If used with an NRZ signal, the low and high level results are reported as levels 0 and 3 while the level 1 and 2 results are not valid. To define measurement regions over which the measurments are made, use the commands in the :MEAS:REGions SCPI command node.
