Description

Returns "1" if the Advanced Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) feature is enabled and returns "0" if the feature is not enabled. Advanced TDR provides a fully integrated, real-time, and calibrated TDR and S-Parameter measurement solution. To enable this feature, purchase the Signal Integrity Package Package license. Advanced TDR is also available with license 202.

To return the version of the license, use the :SYSTem:SOFTware:FEATures:ATDR:VERSion? query.
