Description

Returns "1" if the InfiniiSim-DCA Waveform Transformation Toolset feature is enabled and returns "0" if the feature is not enabled. InfiniiSim-DCA Waveform Transformation Toolset provide de-embedding and embedding capability to the FlexDCA application. Once the license is installed, access this feature from the Waveform Signal Processing tool. Click Measure > Waveform Signal Processing.

To enable this feature, purchase the Research and Development Package license.

To return the version of the license, use the :SYSTem:SOFTware:FEATures:ISIM:VERSion? query.
