Description

Returns "1" if the PAM-N analysis feature is enabled and returns "0" if the feature is not enabled. The PAM license enables FlexDCA to perform electrical and optical measurements on Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM4) waveforms. To enable this feature, purchase the Research and Development Package or Manufacturing Package license.

To return the version of the license, use the :SYSTem:SOFTware:FEATures:PAMN:VERSion? query.
