- Reference clock not present or amplitude too small.
- Reference clock amplitude has too much DC offset.
- Check reference clock frequency and amplitude.

Description
The instrument fails to set the time reference due to one of the following conditions listed above. Valid reference clock frequency ranges include: 9 to 12.5 GHz, 18 to 25 GHz, and 39 to 43 GHz. Or, the clock signal does not have a stable frequency. Verify the setting of the reference clock frequency and set the time reference again.
