Description

The custom mask cannot be loaded due to illegal values, structure, or commands contained in the mask file. The <string> in the message is replaced with one of the following:

• region must be between 1 and 8
• number of vertices must be between 3 and 512
• inconsistent number of vertices
• missing end setup delimiter
• query not allowed in setup
• illegal command in setup
• missing mask header MASK_FILE_N1000X
• missing mask type identifier
• invalid data
• too many vertices
