Unable to connect: {0}

Description

This is a general message that indicates that the device ({0}) could not be located. For example, a form of this message is displayed when trying to connect to a DCA-M extended module while using an incorrect device name such as is given in the following remote commands:

:EMODules:DCAM5:DEVice "BadName"
:EMODules:SLOT5:CONNect

This results in the following error 241 message:

Unable to connect: Could not find the device "BADName"

This message is displayed in the message area and is reported as a programming error message.
