PAM Inner Level Amplitude Adjustment Feature

When configuring PAM4 data on a Keysight Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) or a simulated module, this feature enables the ability to adjust the amplitude of level 1 and level 2 on the PAM4 waveform. The amplitude levels are set based on a percentage of the level 3 amplitude.
