:DISPlay:GRAPh:X:STOP
Command Syntax
:DISPlay:GRAPh:X:STOP <frequency>
<frequency> is a double.
Query Syntax
:DISPlay:GRAPh:X:STOP?
Description
For FlexPLL's graph of the Jitter Transfer Function, sets the X-axis stop frequency in Hertz (Hz). The default value is 100 MHz. The minimum setting is 1.5 kHz. The maximum setting is 100 MHz. To set the graph's start frequency, use the :DISPlay:GRAPh:X:STARt
command.
In firmware release A.06.91, the maximum swept jitter stop frequency was increased from 40 MHz to 100 MHz.
When you change any one of the start, stop, center, and span frequencies, FlexPLL will dynamically change the other setting if needed to maintain valid settings. For example, as you decrease the stop frequency, FlexPLL automatically adjusts the center frequency. Changes to these four frequencies affect both the JTF graph limits as well as the stop and start frequency settings in the Acquisition Setup dialog. The following table shows the limits for these settings.
Setting | Command | Limits | ||
---|---|---|---|---|
Minimum | Maximum | Default | ||
Start Frequency | :DISPlay:GRAPh:X:STARt: | 1.5 kHz | 99.9990 MHz | 1.5 kHz |
Stop Frequency | :DISPlay:GRAPh:X:STOP: | 2.5 kHz | 100 MHz | 100 MHz |
Center Frequency | :DISPlay:GRAPh:X:CENTer: | 2.0 kHz | 99.9995 MHz | 50.00075 MHz |
Frequency Span | :DISPlay:GRAPh:X:SPAN: | 1 kHz | 99.9985 MHz | 99.9985 MHz |
