IDCell (802.16 OFDMA)

IDCell specifies the starting IDCell value for the frame. The Preamble Index value and the subframe Downlink Override Preamble Definition setting determines what IDCell value is used by the VSA.

IDCell may determine the DL_Permbase

If the Override IDCell with PermBase parameter (Zone Definition tab) is selected, the DL Down Link (forward link: from base station to cell phone)_PermBase value is forced to match the IDCell value (which may be derived from the Preamble Index).
